“Order” means a request placed by phone, email, or website to purchase services or products provided by Vertex Networks Inc. Orders are confirmed upon down payment via credit card, bank transfer, check, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods.

Revisions
Each package offered by Vertex Networks Inc includes its own revision policy, as described in the specific service details. Revisions must be requested within 5 to 10 business days after the order status changes to Waiting for Customer Approval in our system.
Revisions apply only to ensuring that the originally provided requirements have been met. Requests for revisions should be made by contacting your assigned Project Manager via email at info@vertexnetworksinc.com.
Customers are free to make personal edits to any deliverables after order completion, as final materials are provided in editable formats.
Refund Policy
Vertex Networks Inc addresses concerns and complaints in accordance with the following terms:
No partial or full refunds are issued for sample or bulk orders.
Refunds are not provided if a Customer contributes to or participates in negative campaigns, defamatory activity, or false narratives against the Company, either online or offline.
Customers who terminate services within three (3) months of purchase may be eligible for a refund if no discounts were applied during registration.
Refund requests are subject to approval and may be reimbursed up to 30% of the total amount in cases of order cancellation due to personal or financial reasons unrelated to the project.
Refund requests are only valid when submitted via info@vertexnetworksinc.com. Requests sent through any other channel are considered invalid.
Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Vertex Networks Inc in accordance with these Terms. Customers are encouraged to revisit this policy periodically, as updates may occur.
Modifications to Services and Pricing
Prices, packages, and discounts for our Services are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.
Vertex Networks Inc is not liable to you or any third party for modifications, price adjustments, or discontinuation of Services.
