  • Order: Refers to a request made via phone, email, or our website to purchase products or services, confirmed upon receipt of payment via accepted methods such as credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved options.


2. Our Services

Before placing an order, please review our policies carefully. By submitting an order or payment, you agree to comply with the policies and procedures described in these Terms.

Service Completion

  • All services will be completed within 2 working days after payment is received, unless otherwise specified in writing or in cases of special requirements.

Revisions

  • Each service package includes a specific revision policy, outlined in the service details.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 5–10 business days after the order status is marked “Waiting for Customer Approval.”

  • Revisions are intended to ensure the original requirements are met. Requests must be submitted to your assigned Project Manager at vertexnetworksinc@gmail.com.

  • Customers may make personal edits to deliverables after completion, as final files are provided in editable formats.

Refund Policy

  • No partial or full refunds are issued for sample or bulk orders.

  • Refunds are not provided if a customer participates in negative campaigns, defamatory activity, or false narratives against Vertex Networks Inc.

  • Customers who cancel services within three (3) months of purchase may be eligible for a partial refund if no discounts were applied at the time of registration.

  • Refunds may be reimbursed up to 30% of the total amount, at the sole discretion of Vertex Networks Inc, depending on the circumstances.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via vertexnetworksinc@gmail.com. Requests sent through other channels will not be considered.

  • Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Vertex Networks Inc. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically, as updates may occur.

Modifications to Services and Pricing

  • Prices, packages, and discounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Vertex Networks Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time.

  • We are not liable for changes, price adjustments, or discontinuation of services.
