  • Third-Party Costs: Payments made for ISBN registration, printing, distribution, or platform fees (e.g., Amazon, IngramSpark, bookstores) are non-refundable once processed.

  • Negative Campaigns: Customers engaging in defamatory activity, spreading false information, or damaging the reputation of Vertex Networks Inc will forfeit any refund eligibility.
